Dear Farmers!

Please read the following agenda items carefully to ensure smooth cooperation!

By entering Pet Mobility, the Pet Owner accepts the rules and regulations, and accepts them as binding for him/herself and for his/her Pet!

Physiotherapy is used as an adjunct treatment for orthopaedic or other neurological conditions. It helps to prevent the development of possible orthopaedic disorders, can prepare the animal for possible surgery, helps to speed up and improve recovery after surgery, but it is NOT a substitute for veterinary examination and treatment!

Please be kind enough to keep your Pet on a leash until the Therapist signals to release him/her! If your pet is aggressive or distrustful of other animals, please muzzle your pet or wait outside the reception area, away from other animals, to avoid any accidents.

If your Pet has a fever, diarrhoea or an infectious disease, we cannot provide treatment for the benefit of other Pets!

Please always arrive on time for the appointment! It is advisable to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that you can take care of the administrative and other tasks in a comfortable way! Also, please take a health walk in the green area at the end of the street before the treatment!

If you will be late for any reason, please call to let us know! Unfortunately, the time of the delay must be deducted from the duration of the treatment! If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the therapist may refuse the treatment! However, the price of the treatment must still be paid!

You can cancel your appointment free of charge two days before the treatment! If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the day of the treatment, a cancellation fee of HUF 5,000 will be charged, which will be applied to the next appointment!

Animals should preferably come on an empty stomach to make it easier to motivate them with a reward bite. (If possible, they should not be fed for 4-5 hours before the treatment. An exception to this is if the animal is on medication, which should not be taken on an empty stomach.)

If your Puppy needs a special meal, please always provide a sufficient amount of your own reward snacks. This will avoid allergies and possible upset stomach caused by an unusual food/reward snack.

The animal should always arrive with a clean coat, free of external and internal parasites.

Puppies may only participate in the treatments with a valid rabies and/or large combined vaccination!

Each Owner is allowed to stay inside during treatments at his/her own risk, with the permission of the Therapist. If the Therapist deems that the animal can be worked with more easily and efficiently without the Owner being present, the Owner must accept this and wait in the waiting room until the pet is finished.

Pet Mobility shall not be liable for any injury or damage to property occurring during the handling of the Pet Mobility, either within or outside the operator.

If the Pet causes any damage, the Owner is obliged to compensate for it.

Please bring only your pet to the treatment, because the other animal may distract the Patient!

Please refrain from taking videos and photos, as this may also distract the pet! If you do wish to take a photo or video, you must have the consent and permission of the Therapist.

There is a security camera in the operators, by entering you agree to audio and video recording of you, any Companions and your Pet.

Please use the parking lot in front of Pet Mobility for parking.

Please be kind enough to pick up your pet's droppings at all times, both in the Centre and in the yard or street frontage! If necessary, we will provide a "poo bag", but please let us know at the reception! It is in our common interest to keep it clean!

Smoking is not allowed within 5 metres of the entrance to the Centre - please use the designated smoking area in the garden. To keep the area clean, please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated collection area.

During any waiting time, please be kind enough not to disturb other people and animals. If someone behaves in an unacceptable manner towards our staff or other Patients, we may refuse treatment and ask the Owner to leave immediately!
In any unexpected situation, the word of the Therapist and the Head of the Institution is decisive.

If you wish to purchase any products used during your treatment, you can do so at our reception or in our webshop.

Information on hydrotherapy:

Any skin disease or lesions should be reported to the Therapist before treatment, in the best interests of the animal.

It is forbidden to reach into the hydrotherapy bath, to bend into it, to lean on the bath or to adjust the bath door without permission!

We try to dry your pet completely at the end of the treatment, but in cold weather please provide a dog coat or blanket and keep your pet in a warm, dry place until it is completely dry.

Information on laser therapy:

Our clinic has a Class IV diode laser pain relief therapy system available for therapeutic purposes, which can only be operated by the therapist.

High-energy lasers can cause eye damage, even with the eyes closed, so it is essential that both Patients and Therapists wear protective goggles! Goggles are provided!

During the treatment, only the Patient, the Therapist performing the treatment or the Host required for the recording may be present in the treatment room!

We kindly ask you to follow the Pet Mobility Pet Physiotherapy Centre's rules of conduct in all cases, so that we can ensure a smooth recovery for your Pets!

In case of a complaint, please write to info.petmobility@gmail.com to the following e-mail address.

We reserve the right to use photos/videos taken by the Pet Mobility Team.

Thank you for your cooperation!
